Refund policy

We will notify you when we have received and reviewed your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If the return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of 49.95 SEK, which will be automatically deducted in connection with the refund. The return package will be sent to our office in Stockholm, Sweden - full address and instructions will be provided after the approved return request.

For returns received after the specified return deadline, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a handling fee of 79 SEK. Please note that this fee is in addition to the regular return shipping cost of 49.99 SEK.

 DAMAGES & PROBLEMS

Please inspect your item upon receipt and notify us immediately if any product is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly and smoothly as possible!

If an item is damaged or defective, you must describe the fault in detail and attach pictures or other documentation that clearly shows the problem. We can only accept returns via 'Reason for Return: Damaged or Defective' if proof has been submitted.
